Refund & Cancellation Policy

Full Surface Report (₹999, digital)

This is a digital product delivered instantly on successful payment (shown on screen and emailed). Because it is delivered immediately, it is non-refundable once delivered.

If a technical failure prevents delivery of your report after a successful payment, email ops@ninjasecurity.co.in with your payment reference within 7 days — we will redeliver the report or issue a full refund.

Deep Assessment (₹5,000+, service)

Assessment bookings are scoped engagements. Any advance/deposit is refundable (less work already performed) if you cancel before work begins. Once the engagement has started, fees are charged pro-rata for work completed.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
