Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ninjasecurity.co.in, its free tools and paid reports, operated by Ninja InfoSec Services Pvt. Ltd.

1. Authorised use only

You may submit a website/domain to our scanning tools only if you own it or are explicitly authorised to test it. Scanning systems without permission is illegal and strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorisation; you indemnify us against claims arising from your unauthorised use.

2. Nature of the service

Free tools perform non-intrusive, surface-level checks and provide informational previews. They are not a complete security audit and carry no guarantee of completeness or accuracy. A full, exploit-level assessment is delivered only by our team under a separate written engagement.

3. Payments

Paid reports (e.g. the ₹999 full surface report) and assessment bookings are billed through Razorpay in INR. By paying you agree to the price shown and our Refund Policy.

4. No warranty & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

5. Intellectual property

All content, branding and tooling are owned by Ninja InfoSec Services Pvt. Ltd. Reports we deliver are for your internal use.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
